About JPC Builders
Backed by more than 30 years of construction experience.
Founded by José Francisco Cruz, JPC Builders is backed by more than 30 years of construction experience. Through quality craftsmanship, integrity, communication, and attention to detail, we have built lasting relationships with homeowners and industry professionals throughout Utah.
That depth of experience shapes every project we take on. From the first consultation through the final walkthrough, our work is grounded in disciplined project management, fully transparent budgets, and proactive communication that keeps our clients informed at every stage.
We build for homeowners across Park City, Heber City, Midway, and the greater Salt Lake County region — people who recognize the difference between a home that is merely built and one that is genuinely crafted. Whether the project is a ground-up mountain residence or a full-scope luxury renovation, we hold ourselves accountable to the same standard: deliver a home our clients are proud of and we are proud to put our name on.
Above all, we believe in doing what we say we will do — on schedule, on budget, and with the kind of attention to detail that separates good builders from exceptional ones.
